For sure this must be the most wanted DXCC possible in Europe. The story how this QSL came in my collection is written in my VHF-column of CQ-PA magazine

During the last week of 2019 and on January 1th 2020 a remarkable tropo provided contacts which were believed to be impossible. A massive seaduct stretched from Cape Verde to the United Kingdom and at the same time there was good tropo from my place towards the United Kingdom across the English Chanel. D41CV worked many stations and even was decoded at my station in the new FT8 mode.
A contact between me and D41CV was not made as I was only in the receiving mode with my 4 x 14 XPOL setup and was not quick enough to set up the TX-chain.
